Post by au pirata »

I've just got to a new beach an there's 100s of target's in fist size rocks in 80cm of water,I have the standard curved edge scoop..1 in 10 target's I just can't extract the rocks,
Anyone have a good solution, I'm in the Mediterranean, where the tide does not go out more than 20cm..thanks mike

Mike, I’ll try and help being no one has ever responded to your question. Because of your lack of tide movement problem,1 out of 10 targets being tuff to recover problem, and in 80 cm of water problem (deep). I would recover the best targets for now that you can get in your scoop, if the site is giving you the items that you are looking for. Go back and build a custom scoop or prying tool to help move the rocks around (short pick on front of scoop maybe) and maybe you can access the other hard to recover targets then. Good luck. Todd
