Go ahead and look at the frequencies Transmitted in each of 14 max, 24 max, and 40 max frequency bands by manually selecting the different channels.

Guess what.
The detector from a performance standpoint can actually improve (or be degraded) depending on the detecting scenario vs (actual) freq transmitted.
I have been showing via video.

Case in point
Can I sweep a target using 40 max freq channel 6 that I can’t hear (or hear as well) using 40 max freq channel 0 - using equal silencer. YES!!
I can even hear when sweeping some scenarios where 40 max freq channel 6 with even a higher silencer setting when compared to 40 max channel 0 with a lower silencer are Mia or severely compromised.
You heard it hear from me. And I have not seen anyone else ever mention or talk about this.

I don’t salt beach hunt.
I do wonder.
If we do depth tests on salt beach using beach sensitive (40 max) and compare channel 0 to channel 6 are they equals.?
And the same question comparing beach programs 24 max comparing channel 0 and channel 6 on some smaller gold rings wet salt sand.

And using beach Sens 40 max freq and look at some gold chains wet salt sand. Does channel 6 have any advantage over channel 0 since channel 6 runs at higher freq (assuming emi not a factor?

You are correct. The frequency shifts absolutely make a difference. I've even noticed a slight increase in the transmit amplitude in some of the shifts. Still I am very pleased with the performance of this machine. Keep up the videos.
