I’m glad to see this new update for this forum.
I’ve been reading here for several years and have learned a lot from the good folks that post here.
…. But…. Until now, I have not been able to log in with my iPhone to make a post, and login on my pc was hard to achieve so I just gave up. Thank you for fixing this.

And THAT'S been the largest problem. TOO many folks ..... flat-out = GAVE UP! It was nearly impossible for a long-time/senior user ...to reregister. Hence...... the near (imminent) collapse of this 18-years-going forum.
There's still some bugs to work out of this new forum; yet, it has future/hope/promise.

Posting to confirm that participation is possible. No issues here.
It will take some time and warmer weather for most of us northern folk to have something worthwhile to contribute.
I am thankful for the updated and readable forum.

Just received approval to "join" again. Looking forward to some great information and a show of finds!

And I know there are TONS of other folks in that EXACT same predicament!

Now I wonder how many folks of whom have COMPLETELY given up....... will ever find this new forum (((or even 'think' to look for a new forum))). Many are probably: gone forever.

NASA-Tom, I suspect that is correct, unfortunately. Maybe we can get some of them back...
