Hello Okara What setup did you use? Here there are beaches that vary greatly in salinity and this art of shells and coral remains In these dirtier areas the automatic LB has been more interesting for me.
I spend 95% of the time in water up to my neck in surf

I thought that my suspicions regarding the m8 coil in the water in relation to the m11 are being answered with this new coil

Re: MINELAB MANTICORE: DATA & PERFORMANCE
Hi all!
A suggestion to carry out these tests with bags of sand and sea salt, placing a little water in these bags to make them moist, simulating beach sand a little.

Re: MANTICORE NEW USER: BEACH SALT WATER BEST SETTINGS HELP
Good evening friend NASA-Tom Just one more question because there is a big debate about this. In this configuration, you use the factory firmware (stock) or the update available on the minelab website. I work with technology and servers and generally all firmware serves to fix bugs or apply improvem...

Hello NASA-TOM,
Have you ever used your program in BEACH GENERAL mode instead of BEACH LOW CONDUCTORS?
If so what were the results, especially IN WATER?
Thanks again for your precious time!

Re: MANTICORE NEW USER: BEACH SALT WATER BEST SETTINGS HELP
Secret beach is the nickname that some colleagues gave to this area of Muriú beach - RN/Brazil. In 2021 we were still in the Covid pandemic, so few people were going out. but this area has a very popular restaurant, especially among newlyweds on a trip. And the loss of wedding rings is common. On ...

Re: MANTICORE NEW USER: BEACH SALT WATER BEST SETTINGS HELP
Good evening (here from Brazil) friend. Yes, it was in the water(~1m), a beach with lots of black sand and coral remains. This beach is very problematic. Even so, I managed to use your program with sensitivity 29-30, strange that regardless of the sensitivity, it kept giving a false signal with ID 1...

Re: MANTICORE NEW USER: BEACH SALT WATER BEST SETTINGS HELP
First 18k gold using the NASA-Tom program.
Small ring 18k gold with 1.77g
It was about 5cm deep, it came out in the first dig of the sandscoop.
But I found other smaller items copper jewelry at a significant depth of more than 25cm deep. using M8 coil.
Thanks @NASA-Tom

Re: MANTICORE NEW USER: BEACH SALT WATER BEST SETTINGS HELP
Thank you NASA-TOM. My final question is in water (50cm to 1.5 meters). I also use the mode: Beach - Low Conductors? I hunt 90% of the time in water, always with water up to my waist (50 centimeters) or up to my neck (1.5 meters). I read all 34 pages of the old post and didn't find clear information...
