Re: Algoforce 1500 Plus P.I. with some unique I.D. abilities

WELCOME BACK KEITH! The Algoforce is a very interesting platform. It has Minelab DNA signatures all over it! It.... looks like a Minelab...... sounds like a Minelab....... electronic timing like a Minelab. I can see with a little bit of skill & practice........ that it can be very useful... in b...

Re: Algoforce E1500 PI for relics or wet salt

Even just simply/merely "Iron ID" is paramount!

Re: MINELAB MANTICORE: DATA & PERFORMANCE

blackflag....... It is of major benefit to run

Iron Volume = 2

It's best that you still hear all of the iron....... but at a MUCH reduced volume level.,.,.,.,.,., so as to avoid: audio fatigue!

Re: MINELAB MANTICORE: DATA & PERFORMANCE

blackflag - Yes...... the Manticore does indeed see a lot more iron than other detectors...... including tiny rust flakes/flecks. What this does is: 1. Makes the detector seem too noisy/chatty/unstable. 2. Can easily be mentally fatiguing. 3. BECAUSE.......... Manticore is indeed detecting a lot mor...

Re: MINELAB MANTICORE: DATA & PERFORMANCE

Eugenio....... yes..... your control panel configuration is nominal..... for the parameters of which you stated..... for Beach - Deep Mode. Keep in mind ...... There is nearly a EXACT tradeoff when you slow down the Recovery Speed (causing you to run a lower Sens setting)....... VS running (say) a R...

Re: MINELAB MANTICORE: DATA & PERFORMANCE

SO much to say....... but I have to put it in a (time-saving) nutshell......... for now! Stateguy = The bulk of the LOST gold in the World ID's as '01' on Manticore. As detectorists........ we hardly know this because...... nearly all metal detectors will not even detect gold targets that ID '01'......

Re: Detector Manufacturers should watch

David....... very good thought-process. My comments/thoughts: Whites does this....... and graphically shows this on their spectrograph. XP D1 ....and especially D2 does this via algorithms ......which........in turn........ helps generate the target ID. Same with EQX and Manticore. In fact....... Ma...

Re: Anyone heard from Tom?

I'm back on line! Thanks for the multiple health/wellness checks! I merely lost access to this forum.......and have been swamped. I should catch up on all the rest of the posts...... in the very near future.
