Re: Want to trade Teknetics G2+
It's a nice detector. I don't have anything to trade for it. I wish I did.

Re: Algoforce E1500 PI for relics or wet salt
Good question. On wet salt probably fine. Some hunt civil war relics with pi in bad ground.

Here's probably working on the Manticore 2. I hope he's well to.

Re: MINELAB MANTICORE: DATA & PERFORMANCE
id 2, maybe 1, in the iron range, is micro gold jewelry, which is very thin gold chains, small earring pins, very tiny pieces of gold and aluminum. Also would include very tiny piece of foil
Have to be in the right mode to hit those. I think they are worth finding with the price of gold right now.

JCR, a pi could be interesting. I don't know what it would do on flakes of iron.

Re: Tom, running Manticore with upper disc 2
That's interesting that disc will not go into all metal. Did you try Goldfield to see if it will go into to all metal? I'm assuming it will but the number of targets might be over whelming at disc 0 with all the flakes of iron. When I get a charging cord I'll try out those settings. Interesting hunt...

Re: Tom, running Manticore with upper disc 2
I also have a T2se w/11" coil. I'm using 1 tone with disc at 14. I don't think many run the disc that low. At disc 14 it will hit the head of a regular 2 1/2" nail all the way around but as you check all the way around it will not hit the nail at 90 deg. when you get the nail centered. Wou...

Re: Tom, running Manticore with upper disc 2
I'm going to try the 0 mask. I'll turn sensitivity up also. The best unmasking you can get. The display makes it work with low or zero disc. I've watched Calabash's youtube's showing unmasking and I'm saying turn disc down lol. I don't know why I didn't turn disc down in the past with my single freq...

What I thought was a musket ball probably isn't because it's iron.
