M8 at a beat up site

Post by blackflag »

Was invited to hunt a confederate bunker over looking a train trestle. It was obvious that this place has been heavily hit, signals were very few and far between. Also this site is very easily accessible. So was digging everything from iron up. The manticore with M8 got it done by going deep. Thanks for looking.

Seated dime 1876, pretty slick. But very thankful to have been able to hunt this site. Our first time in there, but got a better plan for next time.

Nice job!

I just sprung for an M8 coil myself (the "Magnum" coil, as NASA-Tom refers to it as, LOL)!

Looking forward to taking it for a spin.

Went back to this site again but this time went scouting for nail beds and after a couple miles of walking high ground. Got lucky. These were pulled out of the iron with the M8. Also my buddy got his first silver 1850 half dime with the Xterra pro and the V8X coil. Thanks for looking.

Stunning!!!

If only I could SHOCK the detecting World .... by having a unit that was unaffected by iron.
The more iron = The more cohabitation.
