Re: Models currently Offered per Manufacturer - Video - All Detector Manufacturer Reps should Watch
The Versa is very sensitive, even at very low Sensitivity settings. The Audio Gain was only set to 20 out of 30 also. Even at maximum Sensitivity of 30 it is a very stable unit. Excellent.

Re: Models currently Offered per Manufacturer - Video - All Detector Manufacturer Reps should Watch
El Nino, Thanks for posting this. Very informative and interesting. NASA Tom's suggestion of the Tarsacci MDT would be very enlightening. If Rutus had a large coil for the Versa, I suspect it would do well in Field Dual mode. The Versa's static mode with tone ID should do well on the deep Cache depo...

Hopefully NASA Tom or another member will get one & report. I wish the upgrade was available for my original version.

Re: Tom, running Manticore with upper disc 2
If all/most of the solid Ferrous has been removed from you area of interest, now might be a good time to stretch the Salt balance of the Tarsacci on that rusty ground. (or a PI).

Re: NEW/2nd Gen TARSACCI DX (Released!)
Sounds good.
For those who own the original, perhaps Dimitar will consider selling just the control head without shaft or coil. I could figure out a way to justify expense. $1750 would be out of consideration.

Re: Improved Tarsacci for 2025
NASA Tom, If you will recall, I have the MDT 8000 and have run it in bad soil (Maghemite) relic sites since August 2021. These new features and improvements will go a long way toward addressing the shortcomings of the original, particularly the tones & Mixed mode volume balance. While the origin...
